Eva is looking to hire an administration assistant to work part-time at the offices of the organization in Brussels and a Policy and Communications Officer to work full-time.

Administrative assistant:

Main Tasks: office administrative tasks, such as:

  • organisation of general assemblies and meetings,
  • arrangement of travel schedule of the secretary general
  • reporting for monthly salaries on absences etc, liaising with social secretariat
  • executing bank transfers, filing financial and legal documents, calculating membership fees and invoicing
  • technical preparation of meetings, reservation of venues, order meals, inform receptionists
  • filing documents to prepare accounts and budgets, communicate with external accountant

Qualifications: -proven skills and experience in administration in Belgium;

  • knowledge of the European Institutions;
  • fluent in English and French, (other European languages is a plus)
  • Perfect command of Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)

The employee will work under the surveillance of the Secretary General.

Beginning of contract: as soon as possible
