The Turkish Research and Business Organisations office (TuR&Bo) is an international non-profit association (AISBL) set up in Brussels in 2004 by four prominent public and private sector Turkish institutions that represent the research and business domains, i.e.  TOBB (The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey), TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organisation) and TESK (The Confederation of Tradesmen and Craftsmen of Turkey).

Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant:

  • Office administration;
  • Support with budget planning;
  • Support with bookkeeping;
  • Support with event organization & logistics;
  • Support to TuR&Bo team as needed;

Candidates are expected to hold:

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree would be considered an asset);
  • Good planning and budgeting skills;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Knowledge of Turkish and French/Dutch would be an asset);
  • 1 year of relevant working experience;
  • A serious and professional team spirit;
  • Work permission in Belgium.
