Accounts & Membership Officer

The European Factories of the Future Research Association (EFFRA) is a not-for-profit, industry-driven association promoting the development of new and clean technologies in the industry. It is the official representative of the private side in the 'Factories of the Future' public-private partnership and works very closely together with the European Commission. EFFRA is looking for an Accounts & Membership Officer:

Membership relations, accounts, and office tasks

  • Manage and update the association’s database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Liaise with the accountant and for incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Office support, managing incoming emails, welcoming guests

Event organisation

  • Managing all aspects of internal and external meetings: renting, taking care of logistics, catering


  • Helping in the preparation and drafting of various reports, including proofreading in English


  • University degree level or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Languages: very good level of English required. French and/or Dutch are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
